My Philosophy

My outlook toward mental health wellness is that it is best approached holistically. This means taking into account the physical, mental, and spiritual parts of yourself that contribute to a positive wellbeing. In a way, therapy is a means of exploring what may be out of balance in your life and then learning how to reprioritize what brings you actual fulfillment again. There is no black and white answer to how a person finds inner strength, beauty, or change. You can browse hundreds of books by veteran therapists that I’m sure have answers to life’s many problems, but a book cannot have a conversation with you, listen to you, or hope to understand your unique life experiences. As your therapist, I can be present with you and support you until you fully actualize your best self. All I ask, is that you come into this experience open minded and willing to embrace what lies ahead.
